Specialty Interior Construction

Our fully-integrated interior construction team specializes in architectural interiors including movable walls, access flooring, plug & play technology and lighting. We also offer a full menu of interior finish out products and a broad range of services including electric, plumbing, HVAC, flooring and painting. We are a single source for small modifications to ensure office build outs shortening lead-times, reducing costs and increasing efficiencies. And as a member of the North Texas Chapter of the USGBC, we’re committed to approaching every project with a green eye.

Installation Excellence

Metroplex Facility Services (MFS) is the single source for all your office furniture solutions and asset installation needs. Wholly-owned by Spencer + Company, MFS provides a wide range of technical and logistical services including the management of complex asset moves, deliveries and furniture installation processes. We operate out of a 65,000-square foot warehouse, and are set up to receive and store, new and used products for any length of time. MFS maintains a fleet of five bobtail trucks and a staff of 50+ people including project managers, installers and customer service providers that are frequently recognized as the best in the business.
