Design

We believe a well designed workplace has the ability to shape and enhances the dynamic of a company, and that communication, productivity, engagement and value increase when employees feel supported and inspired by the space. Our four-phase placemaking process focuses on listening to our clients’ needs and goals, applying workplace strategies, and executing an office design plan according to our proven approach.

Procurement

It’s our responsibility to ensure our clients receive quality office furnishings and services at the best possible price. We maintain an extensive network of trusted vendor partners. Further, our established national contracts give us the negotiating power to pass on substantial savings to our customers. Our services include:

In 2017, we reengineered our process eliminating all paperwork and reducing lead-times by 50%,. Our goal has been and will always be to deliver the best pricing in the most timely fashion to our customers.

Project Management

Unique to Spencer + Company, our veteran team of project managers initially engage with each project during the design phase. From Design to Install to Project Closeout, a project manager is intimately involved in the details of a project. We call our approach “Total Project Engagement”, which optimizes and allocates applicable resources to best manage the project scope, timeline, quality and budget. Over the past 40 years this holistic process has proven to reduce errors and omissions, and mitigate external project risks.

Installation / Metroplex Facilities Services (MFS)

The bedrock to our in-market success and the core driver of our clients’ satisfaction is the unparalleled delivery and installation services we are able to provide through our own installation company – Metroplex Facilities Services or MFS. Spencer + Company is one of the few dealerships that owns and operates an installation company.

Based in Dallas, Texas, MFS operates out of a 65,000-square foot warehouse designed to receive and store new (and used) products for any length of time. We maintain a fleet of five bobtail trucks and a staff of 50+ people including project managers, installers and customer service providers that are frequently recognized as the best in the business. We service throughout the DFW metroplex and our reach can extend beyond Texas as well. MFS is your single source for multiple furniture and asset needs.
