Guided by our values, Spencer + Company is continuing to expand our presence in the DFW marketplace, even after 40 years. Over these years, we have added values and revisited and refreshed the statement for each to ensure they continue to reflect who we are as a company. Maintaining the essence of the values, revisions include verbiage to enhance company culture while providing members with a standard upon which to base their decisions.
